Next-Level Truffle Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

- 2 garlic bulbs

- 1 Shallot 

- 100g Butter

- Mozzarella

- Your choice of of bread

- Signature Truffle Dust

Directions:

- Chop the tops off your garlic bulbs and shallots. Pop them on a piece of foil, drizzle with olive oil, and hit them with salt and pepper. Wrap them up and roast at 180°C for 1–1 hr 15 min, until golden, soft, and jammy. Let them cool.

- Squeeze the roasted garlic and shallots into a bowl. Add softened butter, chili flakes, salt, and pepper, then mix until smooth and irresistible.

- Slice your loaf in half lengthways. Smother it with garlic butter, no skimping, then sprinkle on your Truffle Dust.

- Cheese it up. Pile on your favourite melty cheese (we used mozzarella) and pop it under the grill for 15-20 mins, until bubbling and golden.

- Finishing touches. Once crisp and golden, sprinkle with more Truffle Dust, scatter over fresh parsley, and slice to serve.
