Simple Truffle Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1 can of drained chickpeas
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon of tahini
- 50-90ml water
Directions:
- Add the Chickpeas, Lemon, Truffle Oil, Garlic, Tahini & Water to a blender and blitz.
- If the consistency is not yet creamy add a splash of water & blend again until desired texture.
- Plate up and sprinkle with paprika and a finishing drizzle of White Truffle Oil
- Serve with warm pitta bread
