Truffle Guys Home-made Crisps
Kick your potato chip game up a notch with our White Truffle Oil.
Ingredients

2 medium to large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch slices on a mandolin or other handheld slicer

2 tablespoons of White Truffle Oil

3-4 pinches of sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, finely grated
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200C degrees
- Slice the potatoes into a bowl and immediately toss them with White Truffle Oil
- Season lightly with salt and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Bake in the oven until golden brown for about 12-15 minutes
- Season again lightly with salt and pepper when they come out of the oven
- Transfer to a rack to cool for maximum crispness
